Full gas central heating, double glazed throughout, shower room, 3 beds, one double, two single, double sofa bed in lounge area, can comfortably sleep 8 people. Lounge has Freeview TV, DVD player, radio/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster. Parking is to the side of caravan.

All bedding included in rental, duvets, sheets, pillowcases. All you need to bring is towels and tea towels. £50 cash bond refundable provided no damages during stay. Entertainment passes available at extra cost from owners select on arrival.

***Park closed from 31st Dec through to 1st March for maintenance***

Refundable bond of £100 returned at end of stay provided no damage.

Welcome pack included on arrival, includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and squash for the kids.

Hand overs done personally by owners.
