We now provide a Meet and Greet Service i.e. on your arrival you can call a member of our staff and you can be met at the caravan with your key, this takes away the hassle of waiting at reception and helps you get on with your holiday.

The caravan is a Pemberton Park Lane 2009 model, a 3 bedroom caravan which sleeps 6 people and is 14ft wide and 42ft in length offering up to 40% extra space.

The caravan is based in the exclusive Wild Flower Meadow area of the park with sea views, ideal for total peace and quiet, but within walking distance to the main club complex, convenience store, swimming pool, reception and many other amenities.

The caravan is fully fitted with lots of little luxury comforts; this is to ensure that you have a very enjoyable and pleasant holiday.

The design of the caravan maximises the interior space, which includes a large spacious lounge area wall mounted 38 inch T.V. with D.V.D. Player /Freeview, there is a large comfortable seating area with patio doors leading on to the decking area, which includes patio furniture which comfortably seats 6 people and the garden area has a patio area with seating and a gas BBQ.


Adjacent to the lounge is a large kitchen/dining area which comprises of a rectangle table, with plenty of seating to cater for a family of 6.
Next to the dining area is a fully fitted modern kitchen with plenty of cupboards and work space and is well equipped including a kettle, toaster, built in microwave, built in fridge, cooker and there is a large selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The sleeping accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms, the large double bedroom consists of a large double bed, wardrobes, en-suite shower room and toilet and a TV/DVD with Freeview and iPod dock. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, built in wardrobes, and a wall mounted TV/DVD with Freeview. The third bedroom consists of 2 single beds with built in wardrobes and a wall mounted TV with Freeview.

There is a separate bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.

For the safety of all our guests, there is a smoke alarm and also a fire extinguisher and 2 exit doors, all windows in each room open. Alongside the caravan there is an area for parking and play.

For the safety of children the caravan has lock available to secure the decking area.

All gas and electric is included. Duvets and pillows are provided, but could you please bring your own linen.

The entertainment passes are not included in the price. All my prices are very competitive and reasonable.
